Tim Hortons combos in Canada: compare the bundle with separate items

A combo name does not tell you what it includes or whether it saves money. List the contents, add the same items bought separately, then compare that total with the bundle total.

Check the contents first

  1. Record the main item, the drink size, the side and any additions.
  2. Add the separate prices using the same tax and fee basis.
  3. Enter the bundle’s final total and compare.

Compare prices you have checked

Use the same restaurant, order channel and currency, and the same tax and fee basis. This tool supplies no restaurant prices.

Option A
Option B

Enter both checked totals to compare.

Choosing USD does not convert a CAD price. A lower total does not show equal portions, better nutrition or allergy suitability.

The comparison needs JavaScript. Without it, subtract the two totals by hand.

The Melts announcement describes a meal with a beverage and a choice of Potato Wedges or a Classic Donut. See the dated Melts details. To add several prices, use the order calculator.

Questions before you order

Is a combo always cheaper?

No. Compare the combo total with the same items bought separately at the same restaurant and channel.
