How do I earn Tims Rewards points in Canada?

The Canadian help centre lists 10 points per dollar spent on eligible menu items. Scan the Rewards QR code or physical Rewards card; app orders earn automatically. Certain promotional and donation items, including Smile Cookies and Orange Sprinkle Donuts, are excluded. What are Tims Reward Points? How do I earn them?

How do I redeem Tims Rewards points?

In the app, open Scan and enable Redeem my points, then choose a Reward Level. You need enough points for that level and an eligible item in your order. Scan in the restaurant or complete your mobile order. Check the current levels in your account rather than assuming a fixed points threshold. How do I use my points?

Do Tims Rewards points expire?

Yes. Canadian Rewards points expire 12 months from the month they were earned. The official example says points earned in March 2024 expire on April 1, 2025. Check your account for the points that are approaching expiry. When do my Tims Reward Points expire?

Does Tim Hortons offer a birthday treat?

The Canadian birthday offer has eligibility conditions: add your date of birth to your account at least seven days before your birthday and have scanned for Rewards within the previous 12 months.
